Automatic clipping is used in the packaging process to ensure that the bread package reaches the end user untouched. The roll form is applied with semi-automatic or fully automatic clip machines.

When choosing

When deciding on the roll length, check the wire diameter, tape size and consumable requirements of your machine together. Two rolls of the same length may require different machine settings.

Pre-application evaluation

The label, tape image and a measured sample of the current roll are useful for technical comparison. Do not confuse wire diameter with bandwidth. In machine use, the feeding path and closing movement are evaluated together with the collected mouth area of ​​the package.

When changing supplies, don’t just look at the first package; Record the feeding and capping result in normal production order. If you use different packaging sizes, check the suitability of each. Match the sample result with the machine model, setting and packaging information.
