Preformed clips are applied by hand when tying bags or closing paper packages.

When choosing

Evaluate the opening and cutting length of the U form based on the part of the bag to be closed. The current packaging example helps clarify the measurement.

Pre-application evaluation

The opening of the U shape should be compared to the area of the pouch where the clip will be applied. Prepare the full package using the normal sealing method; Examine clip placement, grip, and position of prongs after closure. The cutting length and the opening of the U form are different measurements.

Specify in your request whether application was made by hand or with equipment. Evaluate the unpacking action and reclosing expectation on the sample. If the bag material or mouth thickness changes, re-check the compatibility of the previous sample with the new package.
