When choosing

Closing with tape clips and single-wire binding are different applications. Share your current consumable and packaging sample with model information.

Pre-application evaluation

Share the actual size of the cable bundle or bag opening to be connected and how the operator will position the product. The current consumable example makes it easy to describe the need for single-wire bonding. Do not accept the consumption of another machine that uses tape clips as equivalent based on the model name.

Application evaluation should consider placement, fastening and product retrieval. If there are different package or connection sizes, describe them separately. Do not compare the machine only on the specified binding speed until the technical data sheet and consumable match are clear.
