Manufacturer speed range is not a guarantee of application speed. The package’s total mouth size, operator flow and consumable selection are evaluated under real operating conditions.

Pre-application evaluation

Show on the example how to place the package into the machine and the bag mouth to be closed. Consumption size, roll option and sealing result should be considered in the same evaluation. Share the packaging types available and the work flow during peak hours.

If a printer option is desired, specify the information to be printed, the layout, and the clip used. Optional equipment is checked with the technical sheet of the configuration to be purchased. Evaluate actual operating conditions, including operator movement and consumable changeover in the sample.
