Narrow medical wire family by application
The mask nose wire and the double wire clip used in medical cover have different design functions. Make product selection based on the layout of the component, the need for shaping, and the way the production line operates, as well as the name of the finished product. Color or similar appearance is not evidence of technical equivalence.
| Application | Product options | Basic information to share |
|---|---|---|
| Mask nose area | Single wire, aluminum single/double wire products | Channel, width, thickness, length and feed |
| Dust/respirator mask | nose clip | Design drawing, formatting and placement |
| Cover or collection bag | Medical double wire clip | Surface bonding, cutting and shape protection |
Specification and sample are evaluated together
Describe the material, coating, wire structure and dimensions in separate fields. Specify the feeding conditions of the line if rolls are used, and the placement method if cut product is used. Any special tolerance, packaging or traceability expectations should be clarified prior to ordering.
The processing of the sample on the line and its behavior in the final design are evaluated. The use of a component in medical production does not imply sterility, protection class or conformity approval for the completed product. Clearly define the scope of the requested technical document together with the product name.
Prepare your application information
An existing product sample, measured drawing/photograph, line information and acceptance criteria provide a start to the evaluation.
