When choosing

Specify the wire duct size, material requirement and feeding format of the production line in the mask design. Final product conformity is verified by manufacturer’s specifications and tests.

Pre-application evaluation

Show on the drawing the channel or joining area where the wire fits into the mask. Specify width, thickness and length requirements separately; Explain how the roll or cut form will be processed on the production line. The current sample helps describe the desired forming behavior.

Make the evaluation with the final mask design and the conditions of your line. The selection of the component alone does not determine the filtration of the mask, the protection class or the approval of conformity. Share your technical document expectation along with the product and usage scope.
