When choosing

Start with the product width and feed format that the existing line accepts. Evaluate forming, nesting and final product performance under your production conditions.

Pre-application evaluation

Describe the width, cross-section and feed format accepted by the line with the available drawing or sample. Instead of guessing and choosing an option whose size is not published, specify the required value in your technical request. Roll or cut presentation is evaluated along with your production layout.

Examine behavior in sample placement, shaping, and final product. Do not assume that two components with the same external dimensions will produce the same result. Mask class and other final product performances are within the scope of evaluation of the finished product itself.
