Pre-application evaluation

Show width and thickness directions clearly in the drawing. Define the desired size, placement method and tolerances if necessary. Evaluate the forming behavior in the sample, the placement of the inserts and the processing in the production line together.

Include your packaging and feeding expectations in the request. Just because it is similar to the product used previously does not automatically mean that the new wire fits the same line or final design. Save the approved sample by matching it with the relevant drawing and application condition.
